Bio
Dr. Kassie Bromley is a psychologist, registered teacher, and safeguarding consultant with a deep commitment to the wellbeing and safeguarding of children, young people, and vulnerable adults. With a doctorate in adolescent neuroscience and mental health, Dr. Bromley brings extensive experience in understanding the unique challenges and needs of young people, particularly in educational and creative environments.

As the Safeguarding Coordinator for the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) Australia, Dr. Bromley plays a central role in ensuring that the academy’s programs meet the highest standards of safety and care. She developed the RAD Australia Safeguarding Course, a program designed to align with Australian laws and specifically address the safeguarding needs of dance educators. The course provides comprehensive training, covering topics such as child abuse prevention, creating child-safe environments, and ensuring compliance with Australian legislation.
