What are you most excited about for VDF 23?
"I’m excited to witness the talent and be amongst the vibe that VDF creates every year." Why is it so important that dancers get together and share their love of dance?
"To build community, to honour each other’s talent and cultivate an environment beyond getting a job. Participating in these kinds of conventions should not only motivate you but inspire you to become the best dancer YOU can be. So share your love for dance, as you may not know who’s watching you or being inspired by you."
What advice do you have for dancers as they prepare for the VDF weekend? "Open yourself up to learning new techniques and styles, and take advantage of opportunities to interact with other dancers and instructors. Familiarise yourself with the schedule so you don’t miss out on the amazing line-up the weekend has."
